I found this Pomegranate Peach Martini recipe in my draft posts from way back when. It’s been such a long time since I’ve posted a martini recipe so I thought now was as good a time as any to shake one up and take some photos!
If you don’t have any pomegranate liqueur just go ahead and use all pomegranate juice to replace the liqueur and cranberry juice and it will still be good. I had Pama liqueur and cranberry juice on hand so that’s how I made it today. It was quite tasty!!!
You can also turn this Pomegranate Peach Martini into a refreshing cocktail on ice. Just fill a tall glass with ice, pour in the good stuff (the booze) and top with some club soda! A perfect way to enjoy this cocktail on a hot summer day. Cheers!
