Have you had a Frozen Brandy Alexander? It’s the perfect after dinner cocktail…part cocktail, part dessert.
Last month my brother and sister-in-law hosted the family for a week at their gorgeous lakefront home in Wisconsin. That’s quite a feat considering there were 13 of us! One night Mike made us these delicious frozen Brandy Alexanders for “dessert”. Sooooo good. This is the recipe he gave me… the way they make them in the Northwoods. I like it!
Typically, a Brandy Alexander is equal parts cream, brandy and creme de cocoa but this version replaces the cream with ice cream for a delicious frozen Brandy Alexander version.
Cheers to my awesome brother and sister-in-law… the best host and hostess around!
