I had some mango flavored vodka so I thought I’d make a Coconut Mango-tini with the mango flavored vodka today for Hump Day Happy Hour.
I started with Absolute mango vodka and Malibu coconut rum (I suppose you could use a coconut flavored vodka if you’d like, I just don’t have that). Then I added a bit of pineapple juice to soften the liquor edge. It was pretty good, but not quite perfect yet. On to the second try I added some cream of coconut to the mix (the stuff Pina Coladas are made out of) It’s pretty sweet so a little goes a long way in my opinion, but added just the right touch to this Coconut Mango martini.

Ingredients

- 2 oz. Absolute Mango vodka
- 1 oz. Malibu Coconut rum
- 1 oz. cream of coconut
- 3/4 oz. pineapple juice
- Garnish as desired with a slice of mango or pineapple
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish as desired.
