I’m having a dill pickle moment and this Dill Pickle Dirty Martini is surprisingly fantastic! Well, it is if you love traditional dirty martinis and everything dill pickles!
I have a couple favorite go to cocktails… Lemon Drop Martini, Pomegranate Martini and a classic dirty Martini (especially perfect with blue cheese stuffed olives). When my son was in town last month we decided to try a dirty martini with the dill pickle juice from my homemade dill pickles and WOW was it good! I prefer vodka, he prefers gin. Use whichever spirit you prefer.
Lately I haven’t been using vermouth in my martinis but if you like vermouth in your martinis by all means use it. Basically you’re shaking up your favorite dirty martini with pickle juice instead of olive juice. It’s that easy!

- 2 shots your favorite Vodka or Gin (we like Chopin Vodka and Hendricks Gin)

Garnish with a slice of dill pickle and sprig of fresh dill, if desired.
