Floral Berry Gin Cooler

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Hendricks Gin
  • 1 oz. St. Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 1 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
  • .5 oz. simple syrup
  • 45 blackberries
  • 45 blueberries
  • 45 raspberries
  • 23 strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 45 mint leaves
  • sparkling water

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle the blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and mint leaves to release their juices and flavors.

Add the gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until the mixture is chilled.

Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Be sure to use a fine mesh strainer to remove any berry seeds or mint bits if desired.

Top off the cocktail with sparkling water.

Notes

*If you like tonic you can use tonic instead of sparkling water, or try Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic.
