Going lower carb and Mediterranean today with these no cooking required, just assembly Gyros Lettuce Wraps!
This entire meal was inspired by a recent shopping trip to Costco! I bought some precooked gyro slices which turned out to be quite delicious. Also grabbed a container of their Tzatziki sauce (sooo good), feta cheese, cucumbers, grape tomatoes and lettuce.
There’s no real cooking involved with these Gyros Lettuce Wraps, just a little slicing and assembly. How perfect is that for something quick and easy? And… if you think you need some bread instead of lettuce to wrap it all up, use Naan bread!
