1/4 C. smoked paprika (or use regular paprika)
2 Tbls. garlic powder
2 Tbls. chili powder (I like Chipotle chili powder, use your favorite)
2 Tbls. oregano
2 Tbls. salt
2 Tbls. black pepper
1 Tbls. cumin
1 – 2 tsp. cayenne powder
Combine all ingredients and store in airtight container in cupboard.
