These classic Oatmeal Raisin Cookies are a timeless treat that never fail to satisfy that sweet tooth of mine!
This recipe is a slight variation from my favorite oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. These oatmeal raisin cookies have that perfect chewiness from the oats, a burst of sweetness from the plump raisins, and just a touch of cinnamon to spice things up. Whether you’re dunking them in milk, enjoying them with a cup of coffee, or sneaking them as a midnight snack, these cookies are the ultimate comfort food!
These oatmeal raisin cookies are easy to customize with additional ingredients like nuts, flaked coconut or swap out the raisins for craisins if you want to add your own twist to this classic recipe.
