I made some Roasted Brussels sprouts with Miso Butter Glaze that’s really delicious! You could use this yummy miso butter glaze on any roasted vegetable but today I had Brussels sprouts so that’s what I used.
I’m on a bit of a miso kick lately and this miso butter glaze is so delicious. Super simple to make with just 4 ingredients… White Miso, rice vinegar, maple syrup and butter. You could even add a bit of grated ginger if you want.
Just roast up some Brussels sprouts and drizzle the miso butter glaze on top for an instant flavor boost to your sprouts!

Ingredients
Miso Butter Glaze
1 Tbls. white miso
2 Tbls. rice vinegar
1 Tbls. maple syrup
2 Tbls. melted butter
pinch of salt, if needed
For the Sprouts
1 lb. brussels sprouts
neutral oil to drizzle over sprouts
salt & pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Cut off stems and slice Brussels sprouts in half. Place on large baking sheet. Drizzle with a little oil and sprinkle some salt and pepper on them. Roast 15-20 minutes.
- While sprouts are roasting, add miso butter glaze ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine well. Taste and add a pinch of salt if needed. You can also add a little grated ginger if you like.
- To serve, drizzle miso butter glaze over Brussels sprouts.
