Here’s a festive Whipped Feta with Cranberry Sauce and Pistachios for a delicious holiday appetizer!
I was experimenting with a homemade cranberry sauce recipe for Thanksgiving and needed something to do with it since it wasn’t Turkey Time yet! My mom mentioned a feta dip with cranberries and pistachios she saw online and wanted to try. Bingo! a perfect way to use up the cranberry sauce I made. After all, I loved my Whipped Feta w/Roasted Tomatoes appetizer I recently made. This time I omitted the garlic and spices and used cream cheese instead of greek yogurt for a simple base for the cranberry sauce. We enjoyed this a lot. It would make an impressive appetizer for your Thanksgiving or Christmas festivities!

Make Feta Dip: Break apart feta into chunks and add to food processor. Add cream cheese and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy. You can add a little drizzle of olive oil or honey if needed to loosen it up and make it smooth and creamy.
To Serve: Spread feta dip on platter. Top with cranberry sauce. Sprinkle pistachios and drizzle honey over top.
