This simple, delicious Whipped Feta with Roasted Tomatoes makes a fantastic appetizer…A real crowd pleaser!
I’ve seen a lot of whipped feta dip recipes around and decided to give it a go! This is a really easy recipe and one of those you can make ahead for a party. No last minute preparation necessary.
Blend up a block of good feta cheese with a little Greek yogurt, a little garlic, lemon zest and a few spices and that’s it for the feta part. Toss a container of grape tomatoes with some olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper and roast away. Then just top the feta with the tomatoes and serve with some sliced baguette (I like to grill mine but totally not necessary).
